Our roof maintenance department also handles our preventative maintenance customers. A well- maintained roof should be clean of debris, leaves and moss. The roof drains should be clear and running properly in order to alleviate water build up on the roof’s flat surface. All roof projections should be properly sealed and adhered to the roof membrane. Any eavestroughs and downspouts should be free of debris and functioning properly. These are just a few of the items our servicemen will complete. They will also inspect your flat roof to ensure the existing roof membrane is in sound condition.
